Restoring the Republic

Greetings,

I continue to be surprised by the turbulence of this year’s political climate.  The debate over economic and foreign policy rages...and Wharton County faces the very real threat of the TransTexas Corridor, the North American Union and the danger this all poses to our national sovereignty.

The Republican Party believes that good government is based on the individual, and each person’s ability, dignity, freedom, and responsibility must be honored and recognized. We believe equal opportunity is a right and a privilege but equal outcome is not. We believe that government spending is out of control and needs to be reduced. We believe we must vigorously protect the sovereignty of the United States.

Political parties stand to connect the people to the elected officials; the grassroots effort to insure that our elected politicians are accountable  and responsive.  I hope that you will join us as we work to restore the republic.
